That's good to hear that you've had no problems. It means that the 3 track version might be a good enough fix.
As for finding local techs to work on it, I think that's one of the biggest issues with this system. There doesn't seem to be very many shops experienced with working on it. The shop I took mine to to address the initial problem after I had one of the gears slip way literally looking at the install manual trying to understand how it worked. Needless to say, that gave me an uneasy feeling. Heh.
But like I mentioned previously, it's not a complicated design, and it pretty straight forward. However, since it seems to be so sensitive to installation tolerances, I worry that the key is making sure it has a precision fit for it to be reliable. Not sure how many shops have the personnel or the patience to spend the time that the very experienced tech (at least with this type of slide system) that came out to fix RobbieH's slide had.
