Just a quick note re my noise I'm hearing. Since I'm still having it, I spoke to the shop who repaired the driveshaft and their tech who apparently does work for Ford when needed and is a turbo expert, said I have a turbo issue (called it turbo surge). I have an appointment with Ford next week and will continue to update the group as to what they find. Doing some research and finding a TSB from Ford, it all falls in line with what the tech said.
My wife as well as I are about done with this thing. It's been non-stop issues from the beginning. She asked me the other day if we could sell and just go the fifth wheel route.
