Update:
I've used mine several times in the last couple of weeks. Whatever was making the loud popping noise while extending the slide has gone away, and it seems to be working perfectly now.
I've learned over the last couple of weeks that both A/C units operate just fine on a 30A outlet. I've used the coach normally as I would on a 50, and have not had any trouble with popping breakers.
The 14e03 recall was the last one out for engine issues. Most research tells me it was to fix one thing, but the "tech" (I use the term loosely) at Ford said it was to fix a whole lot of things, including the fact that my DEF tank would not recognize it was filled. Since I cannot find the details anywhere, I don't know if turbo surge was on the list of fixes.
