Unfortunately, because our chassis has been lengthened, Ford is declining to do any work on the unit (driveline related). Because of this, MORryde had to get involved as they are the ones who modify the chassis and who Thor purchases from.
The MORryde shop I took it to said there was definitely a driveshaft problem. Their "expert" said it should never have left MORryde and they had to shim things to get everything in alignment and correct yet I still have the clatter upon take off. They are also the ones stating it's "turbo related" so I have an appointment with Ford to look at it next week.
I really hope the noise is turbo related but I'm not confident at this point. I should know something mid next week after Ford looks at it and will let you all know.
