They do come with a 10,000 lb. Watch your gross combination weight (GCW) too, Texas Highway Patrol is a real stickler when going over GCW. I've had a hard time determining what our GCW is, since I don't know the total weight of the RV after completion.

Another thing to be aware of, lately Texas has been pulling people over with cargo trailers with any type of logo wrap or company stickers on the sides and/or back. They are considering these to be commercial vehicles, which also require a CDL.
