The dealer tried to fix mine four times. Only after my lawyer filed lemon law on mine, did Thor step in and fly in a technician. Once I had someone from Thor's factory fix it, it has been fine. He found many issues that the dealer caused during previous repairs such as not properly mounting the rollers.
