First time towing with my rig this Friday for a test run...flat towing a 2003 Dodge Durango (approx 5,000 lbs). Other than the new reverberations of towing something...I can hardly feel that it is back there.

RobbieH, thanks again for the tips and insights. I appreciate your info and pictures. My hitch with the riser is around 16.25 inches off the ground. Pulling the motorhome out of my slanted RV driveway did not create any hitch bottoming out issues...so hopefully no gas station scratching in my future.
