I have a 2012 Roadtrek 170 (Class B). Because it was my first RV, I wanted small...however, I have found it is too small! I have looked at many C's and have narrowed my search to two...Thor Citation...

The difference between Thor and Born Free is between a large manufacturer, producing on an assembly line, and a small privately owned manufacturer, utilizing a 4 person team dedicated to building your individual, customizable unit. (Watch the Factory tour video on their web site.)
What we love about the BF system is that, for every calendar quarter that a unit has no warranty claims (within the 3 year bumper-to-bumper body warranty), that team gets a bonus. That's built-in incentive for quality work, and it shows!
Also, when was the last time Thor held an event for its owners? BF treats its owners as if they're family, with a Factory Homecoming rally at least every other year, and gives new owners a paid 1 year membership in the Leap'n Lions owners club (as well as a paid 1 year membership in CoachNet).
That's the reason why Born Free owners remain loyal!
