When the seller doesn't detail the year of the vehicle or mileage, it's time to look else where.
He did list the year in the description. I just came back from checking it out. The front tires are about a 1-2 yrs. old but the rears are due. The gen has like 400 hrs if I recall and the miles are in the 40K range. It was his fathers, who passed in the spring and is selling for his mother. Very nice, but as I stated, out of my league pricewise. Very nice, 30 something guy and is going to take me for a ride soon. He realizes that it is a big purchase and doesn't really expect anyone to jump on it. At least I can get a feel for what a giant like that is about :)
