Price seems high, there's better deals out there. DW and I went on the Great American RC hunt for about 6 months. Half the fun was researching and visiting different locales looking for our coach. We spent thirty grand for a 2000 39' DP Damon and if we settled sooner it would've cost another 15,000. If we looked longer,we could of saved a little more. If the one in Erie fits your ticket, but the price is not right then look around more and you'll find one in your price range.One warning the cheaper the deal, the more fixes it will need. Just be sure the fixes can be substained by your wallet
