Thoughts on this DP

Much better quality coach 3 years older at a lot less money.

I would not pay that much for it when there are better coaches on the market in that price range.

Took a look at listing prices on Google for that year and model. It is right where it should be from what others are asking. But most were dealers and not private. I would be looking for a better prince from a individual. But private sales usually present cleaner units than a dealer would.

Asking price might be a little high for today's market. I didn't see any mention of mileage or generator hours so that could be a factor. Age of the tires also would be a consideration. A full set of 22.5 Michelin or Goodyear tires will be about $3,600 +/- so should be factored in if they aren't fairly new.

Beyond that if you like the floor plan and are happy with everything else you see it would be something worth considering, in my opinion.

hard to tell.its 10 years old? what,s the mileage ?? what horsepower? If less than 330 minimum its not enough.Flat screen TV?? is that updated LCD or old original tube type flatscreen? Big difference.
Are the tires original or have been replaced? lots of unknowns to give good answers.70K is about 15K too high right off.
Iam not a bounder fan or for that matter fleetwood but?
