Thoughts on this MH for our first?

Thanks to all in other threads of helping me and the wife out with regards to our choice of MH. After looking at floorplans, reading about build quality, etc. I think I've decided on the Newmar line of MHs vs. just about anything else in the gasser category.

So, I've found a few in our price range, radius of travel to check out, etc.

First up, this one. My only concern would be the low mileage (I know that can sometimes add up to issues due to lack of use) but the price sure is nice. As well as the new tires, roof sealing, etc.

    Take it and run it for a 100 miles or so. Then see what ya think.

    There are many reasons why a vehicle may have low miles.
    the one you hope to find is the one that just wasn't used very much.

    Other than that it could be problems with the motor home that prevented it from being used. Maybe it was a lemon from the beginning, maybe flood damage.
    I looked up the Vin # on google and one of the reports mentioned
    " Loss Other
    Damage Type Undercarriage; Engine Damage
    VIN 3FCNF53S2YJA08951"

    I would follow up on that.

    OK, weird - getting all sorts of differing lookups on this VIN number.
