I have a GMC 2500 HD with tow/haul so I'm very familiar with it after 120,000 miles.
All that does is sense the speed and downshift the trany, the engine will scream depending in it's need to slow.
Not the same as a a DP exhaust brake at all.
Many others have said don't ever drive a DP if you want a gas rig, true!
enjoy your 36la, it's very nice rig.
It does not scream for me. Am I not hitting it right?
