Price is pretty low for a coach of it's class which makes the drive worth it but sleep on it before you make an offer. Check the chassis build year. Ford changed the engine and transmission for model year 2006 but the coach could be built on a 2005. Not a show stopper just something to be aware of. As long as there is no signs of sidewall delamination or roof leaks might be a good deal. With consideration of the coach age and price I would even look past what could be expected as normal wear and tear of the interior or of color fade of the exterior.
Also if you plan to pay cash for the coach great but if not you're on the edge of coach age for standard financing. After 10 years it gets a bit difficult to find a bank willing to take the risk.
Good luck and post what you find.
