Well it's interesting to hear the good things about Tiffin and Newmar. We had a Newmar BayStar that was nothing but problems from day 1. Over the course of the year and a half we had it, we were back to the dealer 4 times and the factory once. When the full wall slide mechanism failed on trip we'd had enough and traded it in. Not one trip did we go on that I did not have to call dealer or Newmar to fix. Most issues were terribly poor workmanship. I wrote numerous letters and got no satisfaction. Finally when we sold it, I wrote another letter this time to the president. We got a call from the head service man. I asked why after all this time do I get a call from someone wanting to help. No answer.
