#4---Holly & I arrived home after 97 days on the road. At the 2013 Tiger rally I was taking photos of all the attending rigs and came across what I think was a great idea used on Bob & Joanne Johnson’s Tiger “The Pueblito”. Check it out on the 2013 Tiger Rally photos # 05. While traveling with Dave & Liz Thomson we made a stop at Sierra Trading Post in Cody WY. We purchased a 5 section caring case and used it behind the rear couch cushion. The main container holds the 4 smaller containers (see Photos). Each small container has a clear plastic label holder stitched into the top to help identify what is stored inside. All 4 containers are different colors (red, green, yellow & blue).
Now that we are home I started looking for a way to secure unit against the rear window and leveling it.
I used a heavy gage wire closet shelf 36” wide x 16”deep, for the main support with a 3 ½” wood block to support the edge over the couch. I removed the two cabinet lift knobs, the hinged support wood block & the block mounted on the bathroom wall. I replaced the two cabinet lift knobs with two sections of nylon webbing to allow easy lifting of the cabinet doors. The lift straps are tie-raped to the wire shelf, holding it firmly against the rear wall (see photos)
