timely manner

as I have post here my first mistake occur when I left my awing out on my class c and when I return it was on the ground. i have read plenty of negative comment about camping world service, well yesterday i took my motorhome to camping world in hope mill at 1:00 pm and i receive a call this morning saying it was ready i pick it up today. so all the horror story about camping world may be true for some of them , but i am one happy camper.

CW probably isn't all that different from other shops: Good ones, Bad ones.

I'm glad, too, that there ARE good ones and you found one.

AMEN to the Please Post request.
  • To OP... glad you had a very good experience at CW... I have only had one not so good since I started going to CW in 1992. Then, the CW made it right.
  • Stopped by the local PETCO I mean Camping World to see if they still had a set of those Borg valve stems left.
Apparently CW is doing away with them ? They were on an end cap for 1/2 price close out.
On the reg aisle where the other wheel valve stems are , new name brand and NO long valve stems just the braided ones and little 4 inch metal screw on extenders ...

    If true, it's disappointing.

You're one of the increasing number of us (US being the somewhat informed, those who take the time to learn about things and share that info on places like RV.net) who understand the value of such items as decent valves. Valves that don't leak and make tire checking easy enough to not dread to do regularly.

What sale at CW does, is provide visibility to the LESS informed, and maybe lead them into the thought that there's more to an RV than the size of the LCD screen.

It should even provoke questions in the RV Sales Dept, like "Why don't they come with these?"

And, I like Bill Falkenborg and his brand of customer service.
