I agree. And, allow me add that many of us are quite capable of building a stationary small house (about 1,000 sq ft), except that in order to meet city code some of the work HAS to be done by certified tradesmen.
You can also run into other restrictions, some of which come with whatever piece of property that you buy.
The tiny house on wheels which is the subject of this thread, would probably encounter even more code-related problems than a small house that you were building yourself.
IMO the tiny house on wheels concept will not fly. It offers nothing, and at too high a price.
