Tire blowout video on I 26

Reminds me of the fellow that parked next to me at the Cracker Barrel on I-26 Exit 145 back on 3/23/2003. 40' DP with 15 feet of the front driver's side held together with duct tape. I asked him what happened. He told me he blew the left front tire doing 85mph.
