He may have had the vehicle in partial control, considering the cables barrier and the grass terrain so he just coasted to a stop rather than to upset the balance by applying the brakes. The Video I watched it appears to me that he clipped two and maybe 3 vehicles coming in the opposite direction.he really clipped the red truck bad for sure
as far as speed goes it did not look to me like he was going an excessive speed at the time of blow out
