It is kind of everyone to say the operator was not speeding, but my observation errs on the side what I've seen in real life, getting passed all the time by rigs just like that, as if I were standing still while traveling 60mph.
Speed limit = 75, so I do 75. Tires are rated for it, TOAD is capable of it. It is legal. We are fools if we believe it will be less of an impact at 65 vs 75. Still 40k you have to stop.
All vehicles, including the MH blowout, did what they had to do to avoid catastrophe. Great job by all.
