Duty???? I know if I was traveling in Canada and had to buy a new tire I wouldn't bother listing it or declaring it to US Customs. It's just part of keeping the vehicle running, like gas. Now if they check as see a big Canadian Tire sticker pasted to my tires I'd just tell them, yeah I was forced to replace the tires. And then I ask Do I have to declare everything I bought to keep it on the road, like gas too?
