we ended up with TST 507rv Tire Monitor System. Came with 6 sensors (we used these on the rig) and added 2 more for our tow dolly. As I recall the system is capable of monitoring up to 22 sensors. So far its worked great with no problem getting signal from the tow dolly sensors - plus we can "disconnect" them when not towing. We should probably add sensors to the rear tires of the car so we are totally covered...
