If it will make life better ( as in she wants it ), then get one. If you get one and it will make life worse ( as in she doesn't ) then don't get it. Check your tires frequently, keep your tires clean, replace them when they age out or become damaged. There will always be examples of when they saved someone's backside, and stories of when then didn't do a darn thing in the years they had them.
