Yes, get one. I have the TireTracker system and it alerted me to a slow link while I driving. I had a valve extension that was leaking. I changed the valves to one piece valves and have not had a problem since. The other issue is if you have a problem with a toad tire, you want to be alerted before you drag the car with a flat tire for a while.
