Yes...not only for your motorhome but also for the vehicle you're towing.
When we first got our MH we didn't have a TPMS. We got the dreaded hand gesturing from a passing motorist. We pulled over and saw that the front tire of our Jeep had disintegrated and we were riding on the rim. We had a rear camera that we always checked continuously while driving but it didn't show the blowout at the straight head-on angle and because the MH was so powerful the blowout didn't even affect the driving. We couldn't feel a thing. The blowout caused a lot of damage to the car. That's when we decided to get the TPMS and felt comfortable there on.
