Will be hard to find a temperature sensor that ACCURATELY measures temperature inside the tire. Most are on the valve stem.
And the good news is that the Ideal Gas Law (PV=nRT) does apply. For a given temperature change, there will be a known and verifiable change in PSI.
So, monitoring PSI (which can be accurately done from the valve stem)is a good way to do it.
