I bought my system from TST several years ago, it was the system you had to send back to the company to have the batteries replaced. A year or so after I had it, I was at Quartzsite and asked it they would give me any credit for my old system to upgrade to the system where I could change the batteries myself. The gentleman said bring in my system and he make me a deal I couldn't refuse. Later that day I put everything in the box and handed it to him, he in then handed me a new system with the batteries I could change myself. I asked how much and he said, we're even, I was totally surprised and thanked them very much. Installed the new system and after driving for a few hours one or two of the sensors would drop off line. Not using the motor home all the time, I'd forget about it after I got home and then go on another outing months later and it would happen again. Finally I called and they recommend changing the batteries, which I did. The problem continued and another year went by before I finally remember to call them. This time they asked if I had any devices that had radio signals being transmitted. I had a weather station with a remote sensor. They recommended I turn it off because the signal could interfere with the tps. The problem still continued. Several more months passed, and by this time it was probably three or so years since they had exchanged my original unit at Quartzsite. I finally go around to calling again, and after discussing the problem, we finally realized that I had the wrong boost antenna. They sent me that correct one free of charge after all that time. Installed it and the system has been flawless. Evidently the boost antennas are different from the original system I had and the system they exchanged for me at Quartzsite. I'm sure any TSP system you buy will work, but TST certainly is great in the customer service area.
