- karlstreamExplorerI bought one of the $60 units on eBay as I wanted to keep track of what's going on with the rear duals. I can't remember what the upper limit is but I run the rear tires at 80 psi. They work their way up to 95psi when the tires get hot.
So far they seem to work fine.

I see your point there. But poor quality has a way of catching up with you.
When your options are "No TPMS", "$100 TPMS", and "$300 TPMS", which is the best deal if you don't have $300?e
If you truly do not have the $300, that's one thing, but if the word "overpriced" is rolling around in there, that's different. Good luck. - maillemakerExplorer
Which products do you think have the most likelihood of being good quality, cheap ones, or expensive ones?
Expensive ones.
Yet I still buy tools at Harbor Freight, because very often, you don't need top-of-the-line quality to get something that works just fine.

I think they see "RV" and think they are mostly rich people who throw dollars at problems thinking if it's expensive it must be good. - maillemakerExplorerVendor says you can't combine them in the same vehicle.

Looks like it may be good for only up to 73PSI
Most RV carry more then that.
My RV is 65 PSI max so no problem for me.

I usually read the one star reviews first and then consider the product before purchasing . The items that failed and why are sometimes a good indication of what to consider before buying.
Great Idea I also do the same then I check with Fakespot you will be surprised by the results.
There are ads running on CL that offer free products if you give 5 star reviews and have a Amazon account. How is that for reputable companies.
Do your homework so you can make a reasonable decision. Thanks for the heads up on fakespot... - IAMICHABODExplorer II

Exactly. Consider the cost of one tire VS an inexpensive monitoring system. As far as reviews, I usually read the one star reviews first and then consider the product before purchasing . The items that failed and why are sometimes a good indication of what to consider before buying.
