Regarding the flow through vs. caps sensors. As identified, since the flow through sensors are new most of us have the cap style. However, if I were buying again today I'd still get the cap style because of the smaller size. We store the RV all winter long and I find that after I set the tire pressures in the early spring, I only need to let some air out once as the weather warms up (early summer). Other than that I never need to do anything so the smaller size is more appealing to me. If you don't over tighten them they will hold pressure well.
