No, it isn't really that simple. You also shouldn't just go with the tire pressures listed on the door sticker, either.
Get your rig weighed (it's cheap and easy), front and back, and then use tire chart to determine correct pressures. I have a 27' class C. After weighing and consulting a tire chart, I am running 60psi rear and 45psi front. It handles 10X better than it did when I was simply running 60psi front and back. I can't even imagine how badly it would ride & handle at 80/65.
Again, get it weighed and use a chart. No other way is adequate.
