Nathan....just a thought.
Sprinters have OEM short style valve stems on the duals. Very difficult to check and adjust TPs. Look into getting "Dually Valves" extended metal stems (they have centering grommets to hold them in place. They will save you a boatload of bother.
One installed. Mark your calender to have them checked in 6 months. The gaskets compress.
