Cold for your RV tires, is as stated-- before driving at current ambient temperatures, not in sun or other unusual heat source.
That is right. Checking your tires before you start out each day takes into account the outside air temperature as well as the altitude.
I believe that no where on the tire does it state a MAXIMUM PSI. On my tires there is a MAXIMUM load that the tire is designed to carry and the MINIMUM PSI required to carry that load. The manufacturer has designed the tire to exceed that air pressure as the tire warms up from driving.
