Tire truing/shaving Las Vegas Area

Before you shave the tire, you might think about airing it down, breaking it loose and rotating one eighty. It's the first step in the Michelin service manual for an out of round tire. It would be easy to assume that the rotation is to move the high spot to the other side, but that's not the purpose. It is common for the tire not to seat exactly centered. Plus it stretches slightly after inflation. Deflating and rotating simply give the tire a second chance to seat more centered after the bead has stretched.

Not sure if they do tire truing though. Used to be a tire outfit on N main street did mine years ago, but can't remember the name nor if they're even still in business.
