I would look at the tires and see if you see any wheel weights. If there are none, the previous owner may have used the balancing POWDER instead of the balancing beads. The powder tends to clump, especially if there is any moisture present. This clumping can cause the vibration you are experiencing. The fix is remove the powder from the tires and re-balance them.
If the tires are out of round, they can be shaved to make them round.
Other than those things, the next step is to have the entire front suspension checked for worn shocks or any loose or worn components.
