BTW, if you remove the sofa, you will need to build a small platform the width of the sofa and 12" wide to bring the floor of the platform out to match the dinette floor. I put casters on it so it won't drag and strain the slide. I put 2 small lazy boys in the spot. Found carpet that kind of matched.
