Tires - Again - Still - Yet
I wasn't looking for Tire Trouble, just servicing rear brakes, but noticed cracking in the tread on the inner dual tires. So, I need new ones and so far I've looked at: Michelin - LTX MS/2 Fires...

Being an old man with a long memory...
I bought a 77 Trans Am new with Firestone 721's only tire I had ever seen with bubbles in the treads.
trying to get those tires replaced was terrible...
granted it was 1978..
so fast forward to approx. 2000....
Ford had been using Firestone tires since Henry and Harvey went fishing together...what 90 years or so?
So Firestone treats Ford just like they treated me...go figger?
Plus... my brother that I was following his Class C when the tread just came off the tire..I had to pull on the shoulder to avoid the tread.that could happen to any of them..but it was a Firestone
Now...I do understand Bridgestone owns Firestone now.
Everytime I drive by a Firestone store I remember that famous day at the Firestone store.I got the feeling the store manager may have been an ex-con with a bad experience himself..who knows
so...I will let another brand abuse me ..spread the love...
