tires/weight problem

I have a problem with mh being overweight on one corner for the originol tires by about 800 pounds. This is with the mh empty except for fuel. Now have michelin 255/80r 22.5 load range g tire. Would like to go to the 255/70r22.5 load range H. My question and delima is will the dual fit with out rubbing. Now have about 21/2 in space between duals. the axle will carry the extra weight. What should I do? The coach is a 2013 sportscoach. Thanks for any reply and advice. Would really like to go 275/70r which will carry more
  • What tire is on there now??? Model please?

The XZA2 energys from michelin will fit. 275r/70/22.5 load J.. 38 inch diameter.. ( if your current tire is the same, but we need the model)

    6940 @ 130 psi..
    6510 @ 120
    6290 @ 115
    6070 @ 110 psi

    Run them @ 115 psi...
  • They probably will not fit if you only have 2 1/2 inches.. As one tire is 2" bigger.. Thats 4" total...
  • That is my problem. will the 275/70 have enought space for duals not to touch
  • It is empty except for fuel. On the overweight side the is stacked washer and dryer, 6 house batts and 2 coach batts, 25 gal def tank and inverter. so the is nothing to move or get rid of. This is way came from factory/dealer.
  • XZA2 275/70/22.5R

You need to go to a 275 tire to get in the 6070 lb rating...@ 110 psi load G

    6290 @ 115
    6510 @ 120

    40 inch dia...

    XZA3 275/80/22.5G

    6175 2 110

    40.1 inch diameter
  • I think he said it was empty except for fuel. If that’s true then not much he can do. My question is what mods may have been done to cause an empty mh to be so overweight.
  • Think the book says your current tires are 38.2 inch diameter.. 5205 lb weight rating @ 110 psi..

Thats the XRV/xze though... What tire is it?

The xda3 255/70/22.5 g says 37.2 dia.. so its smaller 5510@ 120 psi.. Your only gaining 300 lbs or so..

Why dont you lighten the load on the RV?
