To drive or not to drive - That is the question?

When I worked for a bus company, 75% of our school bus drivers were women and they were the best drivers we had... They drove 40 foot buses in all kinds of weather (mostly winter roads)without a problem and with 75 screaming kids in the back to boot... Like all drivers male or female, training is the key.. Train in a large parking lot beforehand, also how to do a proper safety walk around.. Or get a job as a school bus driver and let them train and license you for free..
