We replaced ours with a 321 (the short version) earlier this year - love it, and I love the sprayer. It just makes the toilet so much easier to keep clean, if you catch my drift. No bidet type usage for us...I can't imagine the wet mess I'd make!

We ordered from Amazon. The first one arrived broken, the second one was intact. I think such is the nature of toilets. Our friends remodeled their home bathroom and ordered an expensive ToTo toilet and it took two tries before getting one to arrive in one piece. I'm not sure why they don't package them better...but I'm sure they've run the numbers and decided that it is cheaper to replace than pack correctly.
