Toll $ in florida pulling auto transport trailer w/ prius

Thanks all. we driving out at 4am from madison, al and we are coming through birmingham then cutting through Columbus, GA. We are trying to get to SW 8th St, Miami, FL I'm looking on the map and it shows we would take 75 down to 41. google says there are no tolls that way. Im suspect of that though. Can anyone confirm that? every mapper im looking at shows no tolls as well however I'm still skeptical even after using that sunpass toll calculator
