Am I losing it or did the price go up???
I thought when I clicked on this this am it was $28,*** something?
Then I clicked Littlemo's clicky this afternoon and it's $34,*** something?
Maybe I'm crazy :@, although I did notice that the ad was updated a few hours ago.

Yeah, the seller raised the price from this morning.

At $34+K I would not be in as much of a hurry now.

Domromer, you asked in the wrong place and caused the price to go up. Now they know it is worth more. You hesitated too long. He who hesitates losses!

tell ya what, show up with max offer & cash in hand and you will just about be sure to get it. Bought ours for several thousand less than asking and wrote a $1000 check on spot for him to hold till the next week so I could get to bank and get the funds for the purchase. Guy supposedly even had another appointment for a viewing for after we left! He could have said no, but as you know the old saw "a bird in the hand........."

This post has to be one of the all time greats to remember!

Luckily I'm in no rush.
