There is no one answer for this. Most likely your State DMV has a specific test for older drivers. I know PA does and it is generally given when an older driver gets pulled over for doing something that obviously should not have happened if they were "aware" of there surroundings. Something like driving the wrong way on the interstate. Then the Officer on scene submits a request for testing. Another option might be to put your license in the hands of those that love you. Pick a family member or friend that has experience in driving large vehicles. Ask them to give you a "road test". Basically they would go for a ride with you on roads you are not really familiar with. If they feel you are doing what you should be then they give you a pass and you keep motoring. Now the hard part. You need to be able to accept a "fail" without question. Remember you asked this person to test you because you know they care about you and anybody else that may be in the vehicle.
