At what age should one consider giving up driving your Class A.? Are you ever too old

DW has a uncle that passed by our house this summer driving his 31ft class C on his way home from FL at the right young age of 96.....That guys health looked better than mine---no glasses, no hearing aids, stood and walked straight up, and his mind was sharp as a tack......I will soon be 73 and so far haven't had any issues. I renewed my MD license last year with nothing more than an eye test and it is for 6 years.
