If they agree to toss it in, you are probably paying too much. Negotiate price to purchase first, then once you are in the closing room you can start shopping for "adders". Typically nothing they install or hand you is going to be great pricing, but it can be added to a loan if you are financing.
It used to be a big deal to have the shop upsell you on accessories for your new vehicle, especially trucks, but anymore they just upsell you on the big profit items like all that mucky oils, lifetime polish and nitrogen in your tire nonsense.
I tend to like to get my paperwork done and get the heck out of there and try it out first before I make any accessory decisions. Once I decide on "must haves" I can usually get them through Amazon much cheaper and install myself. Amazon prime delivered my Travler right to the front porch and it took about 2 hours to install - probably better than the Dealer ever would have done.
