Our toad was involved in a rear end accident appears to be slight damage and is drivable. The insurance company of the at fault driver is totaling our toad. How do I calculate the cost of replacing the Blue OX base plates all the parts and wiring needed to install a Blue Ox tow system on the replacement vehicle? What is the labor cost to install and make suitable form use on the Motor Home? Thank you

Get a written estimate from a dealer who handles Blue Ox showing the parts and labor to install what you have.A copy you forward to them is a LOT better than a verbal answer.

Don't you have your own insurance company that can do that for you? You can call an RV place and get an estimate for everything but your insurance company should be doing that for you.

I guess all insurance companies are not equal. When a guy ran a red light and totaled one of our vehicles, our insurance company handled all of the details and we ended up with a very very fair settlement from his insurance company including a Mercedes rental until everything was signed off.
