I tow a jeep wrangler with the cheapest rigid tow bar available. I wrap the chains around the tow hooks on top of the front bumper to hold the tongue up until it is lined up with the ball. Simple procedure for one person. Before that, I had a tow dolly and I towed a Dodge Grand Caravan. I have never had a problem hooking up the tow vehicle by myself. I have always considered this an easy process.
