I used a tow dolly for 5 years. I had a hitch on the RAV4 and would unload at checkin. Hook th dolly to the RAV and tow to our site, back the dolly in and unhook. Return to checkin and drive the MH to site. I never had a problem at any campground or state/county park in all of those years.
