Try to get pull through site but if that’s not available get one that is long enough to hold the dolly, MH and toad.
If only a back-in site is available just go to the site, park in the access road just past the site entrance, unload the toad (parking it in the closest unused space), unhook the dolly and push it to the back of the site with the tongue hitch down on the ground. Now back the MH into the site parking it over the dolly tongue with the dolly tongue left or right of the MH center (so that the tongue clears the MH hitch) then park the toad in front of the MH. When you get ready to leave just pull the MH forward enough to reattach the dolly, then pull in to the street and reload the toad.
With the dolly tongue under the MH you only need about half of the dolly’s total length when calculating the space needed. In the 10 years and 50,000+ miles pulling a dolly (see map below for areas visited) we’ve only had two times that we needed to park the dolly other than at the MH site.
Although we have a Demco KarKaddy SS dolly that can be folded down to almost half its full length we’ve never had to fold it down while traveling.

PS Yes, at 75 it's getting a little harder to move the dolly by hand but still doable.
