Tow vehicle
What would be , in your opinion, the best 4 down vehicle to tow behind my 2009 Winnebago View. Thanks in advance.

If you want 4 down, you have to stay away from most Front wheel drive cars.
The best advice to to check with the manufacturer of the car you are interested in.
If you do go to a dolly, Acme eztow is only 400 lbs with a hitch weight of 40 lbs and includes disk surge breaks and LED light. They can town 5,000 lbs which is more than you would want. I have one that works well behind a 2000 Class C 24 Ft with a CRV on it. http://cartowdolly.com/
